Farm to Fork Dinner
The Farm to Fork Dinner Event is an evening of fine food, fellowship, and live entertainment. Join us inside the newly renovated Strand Event Center.
The decadent 5-course meal will be prepared by Gella's Executive Chef, Manuel Hernandez, and feature local ingredients provided by vendors of the Downtown Hays Market.

About the Event
Only 100 tickets will be sold
In-person Ticket Prices: $60 for an individual, $450 for a table of 8
Online Ticket Prices: $65 for an individual, $455 for a table of 8
The event will start promptly at 6:00p with a social hour - local wines and hors d'oeuvres will be served
Seating will begin at 6:45p, dinner will begin promptly at 7:00p
Dinner will feature soup, salad, main entree, and dessert
Upon arrival, all guests will automatically be entered tow in a prize following the dinner
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Downtown Hays Market so local producers can continue to provide locally grown products and handcrafted gifts
