Community Supporter | $100–$499 Helps light up Main Street, support small business outreach, and fuel daily operations. Recognition: Group listing in annual impact report Downtown Investor | $500–$999 Sustains year-round programs and partnerships that keep Downtown active and thriving. Recognition: Newsletter recognition, “Proud Partner” window cling, special updates. Vision Partner | $1,000–$2,499 Advances major projects and new initiatives, including community improvements and long-term planning. Recognition: Newsletter recognition, window cling, story highlight, special updates. Community Champion | $2,500–$4,999 Strengthens the foundation that allows The Bricks to grow, innovate, and expand its reach. Recognition: All prior recognition plus personal thank-you from the Executive Director, annual report and website listing. Legacy Builder | $5,000+ Ensures The Bricks remains the heart of Hays for generations—fueling the people, systems, and vision behind Downtown’s success. Recognition: All prior recognition plus logo/name on Bricks event banners, Downtown Hays Market banner (22 weeks), donor webpage, and 2–4 complimentary event tickets (based on ticket value).
In Kind Partnership
Not every investment is financial—and in-kind support plays a vital role in the success of The Bricks. An in-kind partnership allows businesses and individuals to contribute goods, services, or professional expertise in lieu of a cash investment. From event materials and printing to décor, equipment, food, marketing support, or skilled services, in-kind partners help us deliver high-quality experiences while stewarding our financial resources wisely. In-kind contributions are recognized as part of our Partnership program and help strengthen the work behind Downtown Hays year-round.
Quarterly Partnership
Support Downtown Hays in a way that works for your budget. The Bricks in Downtown Hays now offers a Quarterly Partnership option for businesses and individuals who want to invest in downtown throughout the year. Choose your 12-month commitment: $50 per quarter $100 per quarter $250 per quarter $500 per quarter Invoices are sent in January, April, July, and October. Quarterly Partnership makes it easier to support the year-round work behind a vibrant downtown — from events and beautification to promotion, connection, and community-building.
Volunteer
Volunteers help support, plan, and execute events and initiatives throughout the year.
Downtown Hays Development Corporation (operating as The Bricks), (DHDC) is a 501c3 Non Profit, consult your tax advisor for the deductibility of your contribution.
Donate online or send your donation to DHDC, 1200 Main Street, Ste102, Hays, KS 67601. Please send all donations over $500 to our office.
