To celebrate 20 years as an organization, Downtown Hays Development Corporation (DHDC) is excited to offer a monthly speaker series that will explore the many changes and accomplishments of Downtown. The series kicks-off with Sandy Jacobs as our featured speaker. Sandy is a founding member of DHDC who experienced the emotions of loving and losing Downtown and realizing what it would take to turn blight into beauty. Sandy is also the current City of Hays mayor. She is joined by special guest, Chuck Comeau, a key developer for the area.
